Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Sample Store. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Retail Customer 3-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty
Method Lights warranty applies to the following products: ML200, ML200 Plus, ML-Direct, ML-Dircet Plus, ML-EL Easel Light, ML-FM Picture Light and the ML-EZ Charger Kit.
The Three (3) Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of Method Lights, LLC. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable.
Method Lights warrants that the unit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase when it is used under normal conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the Owner’s Guide, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:
What is covered by this warranty?
- The original unit and/or non-wearable components deemed defective, in Method Lights’s sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced up to three (3) years from the original purchase date.
- In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends six (6) months following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is later. Method Lights reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
What is not covered by this warranty?
- Normal wear and tear of parts are not covered by this warranty. Replacement parts are available for purchase at methodlights.com.
- Any unit that has been tampered with.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, or damage due to mishandling in transit.
- Consequential and incidental damages.
- Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by Method Lights. These defects include damages caused in the process of shipping, altering, or repairing the Method Lights product (or any of its parts) when the repair is performed by a repair person not authorized by Method Lights.
- Products purchased, used, or operated outside North America.
How to get service
If your product fails to operate properly while in use under normal conditions within the warranty period contact email@example.com or 1-800-506-8097 to assist with product support and warranty service options. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you with return and packing instruction information.
Wholesale Returns (Guarantee/Warranty)
We will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns for any other reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The product must be undamaged and shipped back in its original undamaged box. Once the product has been returned and inspected the return will be issued.
Guarantee/Warranty is null and void if the product has been intentionally damaged, dismantled or other wise altered or if the Quality Control (QC) sticker has been removed or altered.
Products damaged by a third party re-seller ie. Amazon are not refundable. Method Lights is not responsible for this damage and will not accept this as a returnable item to Method Lights.
WARNING: Based on input from dealers that ship to third party re-sellers, such as Amazon, a high percentage of the products will more than likely be damaged – to prevent almost guaranteed damage in Amazon warehouses we recommend sealing the boxes(clear tape , your company label etc.) Even if this step is taken and product is damaged by any third party seller Method Lights will not be responsible for the product. Ship to third party re-sellers at your own risk.
Shipping Time — Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Method Lights is a wholesale business only. Prices do not include sales, use, services, excise, tariffs, duties, or similar taxes or charges. The buyer is solely responsible for collecting and paying all required sales taxes or other taxes. Buyers within the State of Tennessee must provide the Seller with valid tax exemption certificates. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all applicable sales taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
You agree to indemnify the Method Lights against any damage, loss or expense, as a result of Product representations or statement, made by you or your staff, not specifically authorized by the Company herein, or otherwise in writing.
